Kings Academy Sixth Form Recruitment and Retention Campaign

Kings of Wessex were losing ground to other schools in terms of both recruitment and value proposition. We were asked to help reverse this trend. 

We successfully repositioned Kings of Wessex as Kings Academy where we rebranded the entire organisation under a central core brand.
 
We were then asked to help create a new Sixth Form Recruitment and Retention Campaign. 
 
We spent time with a focus group consisting of the Head of Sixth and a group of Sixth Form students where we worked with them to create a brave and unique brand to help them stand out from the crowd. Every student we worked with was included in the video shoot and photo shoot to make this an inclusive project with real students and full of energy.
 
The campaign was a huge success and the migration of students has been reversed and the new academic year is anticipated to be over subscribed.
